And yes... we're onto Christmas goodies! I started making some tonight for our Christmas Open House this weekend. The hubby was excited these were included... Super easy, and sweet, and yummy!
2 lbs of chocolate almond bark
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispy cereal
1) Melt the 2 lbs of chocolate almond bark in a double boiler, stirring occasionally.
2) When the bark is melted and smooth, add in all the other ingredients. Mix together.
3) On a cookie sheet, line up mini paper cups (I use the holiday wrappers). Fill them each with the chocolate-y goodness.
4) Let sit to set-up and harden.
This recipe makes about 100 candies.
