2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (I love using Vanilla sugar!)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
Cinnamon (Add as much or as little as you'd like! I like a lot - til the batter is a light brown color.)
Fresh sliced bananas
Syrup
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees; grease with cooking spray. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto the hot griddle.
Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden. To keep warm, place in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Cover with aluminum foil, and place in 300 degree oven up to 10 minutes.
Serve with fresh banana slices and syrup.
Enjoy!
